My name is Nicky Gold and I have been working in the promotional merchandise industry for 35 years. During this time I have seen huge changes in styles, trends and the demands of clients. The secret to being the best is not just to adapt and change with them but, where possible, to stay ahead and anticipate what the next big thing is.
